These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Selah Notes mobile application (the “App”) operated by Selah Notes (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Selah Notes provides a digital platform for creating, storing, and organizing personal notes, including sermon notes, reflections, and Scripture references.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.
Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the App.
Upload or store content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using your email address.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at team@selahnotes.app.
You retain full ownership of the notes and content you create within Selah Notes (“User Content”).
By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App’s functionality.
We do not claim ownership of your notes.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and store within the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App, including its design, branding, features, functionality, and all related intellectual property (excluding User Content), is owned by Selah Notes and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
Use our branding, name, or logos without written permission.
We strive to keep Selah Notes available and functioning smoothly. However, we do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available or uninterrupted.
The App will be error-free.
All data will always be accessible without interruption.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the security and integrity of the App.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your expectations or be free from errors or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah Notes shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide notice within the App.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Selah Notes operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
